Paleo foods – EAT and Don’t
Consider this as a general guideline, not something written in stone. You can adapt all of this to your own personal needs and preferences.
MEAT 
Free range Chicken,Grass fed meats,All kinds of Fish and Sea foods,Eggs …
Nuts:
Almonds, Pista, Wallnut, Melon seed,Pumpkin seed, Chia seed,Brazil Nut, Macadamia,Cucumber seed,Flax seed, etc…
Milk Products: 
Cheese, Paneer, Milk Cream,Butter, Ghee, Have limited quantity of Milk for Butter Tea,and Bulletproof coffee.
Oils:  
Coconut Oil,Olive oil, Gingelly oil
VEGETABLES 
Eat all kind of fresh leaves, Asparagus, Spinach, Celery, Drumstick, Pumpkin, Snake guard, Broccoli, Zucchini, Cabbage, Peppers (all kinds), Cauliflower, Parsley, Eggplant, Green onions, Etc…
Drinks: 
Lemon Juice, Amla Juice,Water –(Use salt for juices not sugar in any form)

DON 'T EAT
Sunflower, Rice brawn, Groundnut oils.
Vegetable to be avoided-Beans, Soya, Potatoes, Kothavaranga, Avra, Beetroot, Carrot (If you are in weight loss mode) all veg is grown under the earth.
Avoid-Processed foods, Sugar, Bread, Soft drinks, Grains, Legumes, Artificial sweeteners, Vegetable oils, Margarine and trans fats, Candy, Junk foods.
